Piped has been developed to be easily used on site at the point of work. Functions have been designed to be clear and easy to use even if you are not the most expert IT user.

Swabbing
GPS locates the swab loaded position.
Start the swabbing run and a time stamp is added.
Add flowarates at any required intervals.
When the swab is home a time stamp is added and the volume of water is calculated.
Swab removed adds a GPS location.
A swab condition photo can be taken.
A fileld is availble to add any notes if required.
Chlorination
Start chlorination by hitting the set button and the system marks position by gps and starts timing.
Add flowrate, ppm and a record photo as many times as required.
When the main is chlorinated push set and the system works out the volume of water chlorinated.
Enter a chlorine strength in ppm at the end along with a record photo.
A notes field is availbale which time stamps each note as they are entered.
PE Pressure Testing
Piped takes the complicated process of PE testing and makes it simple.
First you enter a few details about the test section and equipment.
Add the start pressure and start test.
When the pipe is at pressure enter the STP.
The system will then calculate the times pressure readings are required, piped counts you down to each reading and chimes when they are required,enter these and Piped gives you a test result and graph of the trendline.
If the calculation a test failure a text alert is ent.
Loactions are GPS marked.
Flushing
Start flushing by hitting the set button and the system marks position by gps and starts timing.
Add flowrates as often as you require.
When youv'e finished press set and Piped tells you the quantity flushed and the flushing time.

DI Pressure Testing
Piped completes pressure loss DI testing.
First you enter a few details about the test section and equipment.
When the main is at STP press start test and the countdown starts to the first reading at 15 mins.
When the 15 minute tset pressure is entered it lets you know if it's passing or failing, if passing carry on.
After the 60 min countdown enter the pressure and get you result.
If the calculations show a test failure a text alert is sent.
GPS Marks locations
Sampling
The all important business of sampling and recordeing the sample details is covered by piped.
Hit add data for each sample to be taken.
Add sample ID, Description and location.
Piped adds a gps stamp for exact location of the sample point.
Add chlorine levels, free and total
Add turbidity and temperature if required.
When the samples are delivered to the lab you can enter the where they are taken to, GPS cordinates and who accepted them, the system adds a time and date stamp for when they were delivered.
Once the sample results are known you can update the sample status to pass or fail, if the sample fails a dilogue box apears for the details and a text alert of the failure is sent.
